Back On Track Together
Tuesday - 4/8 - Cardio & Cafe
It's my Moma and Step Father's 8th wedding anniversary. They are HILARIOUS!! When I called them this morning I was talking to him and I asked how he was this morning..."Still Sober" was the answer. Not only was it early but he's been a tee-totaler his entire life.
I'm calling today Monday, Jr. .....it's just one of those mornings where I can't seem to get it together. I didn't wake up feeling all refreshed and chipper (I'm normally a morning person). I had trouble falling asleep last night and finally took a benedryl to knock me out. I guess it was the PT assessment yesterday that had things really cranked up in my knees and about the time I got them rubbed down and bearable....the hot flash from HELL. This getting older is certainly not for sissies.
The plan for today:
commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ dried cranberries
snack: Cajun trail mix
Lunch: Frozen entree & small salad
snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Left over pork loin & green beans
Vitamins are in for the morning. Fresh pot of decaf just finished brewing. Now it's time to chug it and get tha****er in for the day. Yall have a great day.

I'll mail you a few extra special family members.
When we go to the mountains for Easter it'll be 18 of us going. That's not too bad (it's the core group). My mom wants her own house there. There are a few specific criteria (must have a woodstove, a porch with rocking chairs, a huge kitchen and it needs to be an "old fashioned" farm house) She's scoured real estate magazines from the area where my son lives for years. We've been vacationing there since at least 1994. She's never run across anything that fit the bill and the budget....until now. We've found 3 houses that check all the boxes. So she contacted a realtor and made an appointment to go look at the houses while we're there.
Moma told her that it was a "family" thing and that we'd all be making the decision together. I don't think the realtor is expecting all 18 of us but that's what she's getting. It would make a great new reality show on HGTV. I'll keep yall posted.
