Monday - 4/7 - Cario & Cafe

Sorry I'm late I had PT for the knee this morning. YIKES!! It's a nasty morning here in NC. Between the weather and the Therapist's assessment, my knees are SCREAMING. 

My plan today is simple:

Breakfast: 1/2 everything bagel w/ cream cheese

Commute: Coffee

Lunch: Panera Fuji Salad with chicken

Dinner: Rotisserie Pork Loin with fresh asparagus

lns: Protein Smoothie.

Yall have a great day. remember those vitamins and drink tha****er.

Back to trying to be accountable again. My plan for today:

Morning: 2 cups coffee.

Breakfast: Protein shake.

Lunch: Salad.

Dinner: Grilled pork chop with brussell sprouts and broccoli.

Snack: Greek yogurt.

Hello,

I love reading these post, I do often, but I don't always have time to post.  I have been in a rut with my weight loss, I am really holding on to my weight!  Ugh.  I started working out with a trainer, I hope that building some muscle will be what my body needs to start loosing fat!

Breakfast-coffee with half and half

Later: 2% plaing Greek yogurt with some almonds

Lunch: salad with grilled chicken 

Snack: protein bar, kale chips and roasted garbanzo beans (snacks through out the day)

Dinner: turkey tenderloin, half a yam and green beans

Lots of water and vitamins

Hugs.. your food looks great.. 

as for exercise- a gentle exercise and strict diet - helps me lose weight... but heavy exercise - makes me gain weight - especially at the beginning.. And very strenuous exercise makes me hungry... very hungry..

watch for that... if you start eating more "because you work so darn hard" - it may be time to rethink and change..

My day sucks today.. I end up with severe RH over the night, trying to correct that ended up with overeating on carbs = dumping.  Dumping = loss of water and minerals = severe muscle cramps.  Plus belly cramps and angry belly.. . It is my own fault..  

Any night long severe RH = i need 2-3 days to get back to normal.. .And I need to eat every 1-2 hrs on a clock.. i am not hungry.. and I absolutely don't want to eat (belly cramps) but I have to.. 

I made some PB cookies (NSA - I use stevia; added some protein powder and flax...) and I need to make sure that if nothing  else I eat 1-2  cookie every 1-1.5 hr... 

I learned that PB is best for my body to recover from severe RH and dumping...

On  good note - I am not constipated..  ... there has to be good in it somewhere ? right?

ouch.. I really feel bad for you... 

I was hoping for acupuncture treatment for me today, but my therapist canceled my session.. I rescheduled for next week..  I have to manage this week with my back..

Good afternoon BOTTs.

It's in the low 90's today.  Gee....and me without my bikini!  Ha.

Breakfast:  2 hardboiled eggs and 2 slices of bacon

Snack:  20 wheat thins.....Eeeeeeek!!!  Carb monster, stay back!!!!!!

Lunch:  Grilled tilapia with lemon and pepper

Snack:  pear

Dinner:  shredded chicken chili

Snack:  SF hot chocolate and later a greek yogurt

It's 2:15 pm right now and I just realized that I have been so busy, that I haven't even cracked open a bottle of water yet!!!  Yikes...I better get to chugging so I won't be awake all night with trips to the bathroom!

I do have the vits going tho...now to tip the bottle!
