Friday- 4/4 - Cardio & cafe
We've made it through another week gang!! Has anybody got really fun plans for the weekend? I'm hoping to get some yard work done and there's always housework that needs attention. Hopefully we can throw some food on the grill and enjoy some "couple" time this weekend. The kiddo is at his mom's for the weekend. The house always seems empty when he's not there.
So far this week, I've stuck to my daily plans rather well. I have an easier time on the weekends. Hoping that trend continues.
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Ham & Cheese Omelette
Lunch: Frozen Entree & side salad
Snack: Apple & String Cheese
Dinner: Roast Beef with veggies
Today is bike riding day (as long as the weather holds). Yall remember those vitamins and drink tha****er.

We expect rain and storm today. And some this weekend.
I plan to just relax, movie, TV and maybe some exercise - walking- on Sunday. This week was hard week.. The older I getthe longer itis for me to recover after hard days..
I put on my jeans today and my "large size" barely fit me with a small muffin top. Not cool...
I am starting my atkins - low carb diet. I also plan to do that in paleo style.. more natural.
Higher fat. But note to self: high fat food for someone with no GB and after RNY - means no more constipation... lol.. Very high fat diet is definitely no for me..

I leave on Monday to visit my mom for her 70th Birthday, she doesn't know that I'm coming so I've been trying to arrange things from here. I got all the grocery shopping done today so the hubby and son can eat while I'm gone, still have laundry and packing to do...and friends coming to dinner tonight.
