It's loking like another gorgeous day here in NC. The hummingbirds have showed up at my Mom's this week. There are honey bees buzzing around my neighborhood (thanks to a neighbor's hives). Starting to see daily activity from the local commercial fisherman out on the sound. I think Spring may finally have arrived.

Today's plan is looking like:

Breakfast:  Toasted English muffin with cream cheese & a blob of NSA jelly

commute: Coffee

Snack: Greek Yogurt w/ granola

Lunch: Chef's salad

snack: carrots w/ ranch & string cheese

Dinner: Broiled BBQ chicken w/ green beans

Hopefully nothing comes up to interfere with my bike ride around the neighborhood. Yall remember to get those vitamins in and drink tha****er. I've sliced up some lemons to add to mine. It's time to get a move on...yall have a great day.

Weather is nice here.  Too hot if you ask me. I had to turn the air on in my house last night... could not sleep otherwise.

The rental is rented.. They arrived with kids and dogs at midnight last night and I met them there.. by the time all was done and signed - - it was 1.am.. I was back home,  so tired that I could not sleep.. But all is over and I can start normal life again.. that and taxes and then audit.. I will start normal in June..

I started Tai Chi , and that plus the work on the rental - and I can feel the pain in my bones and muscles.  It is good for me.. but it will be a few days before I can breathe again.. I know I would sleep well tonight... I hope..

I have some food allergies and I noticed that when I eat food that I am allergic to  - I get constipated. It makes sense. The intestines react to the allergen and get inflamed - and stop working.. it take 1-2 weeks before everything start "running smoothly"... plunger was my big friend yesterday,, the plumbing is working again.. lol..

eats today:

coffee+ miralax

cucumber and other veggies.. (nice crunch)

lemon water..

letcho with sausage

tea + lemon water

omelet or veggies + scrambled eggs (we have a full size kitchen at work)

nuts or dark chocolate

meatloaf + veggies and yellow mustard.

LNS: nuts?

Gonna be spitting mud balls later today..   The sky is brown from blowing dust and this afternoon we are supposed to get some moisture.  Combination equals mud balls !

this weekend is supposed to be in low 60's with possible rain.....such a disappointment since yesterday was 85 and beautiful !  Now, don't get me wrong, the rain is highly needed, but some of my Grandkids will be visiting and we like to be outside.

My day........water ✅   Or at least most of it

breakfast................1/2cup cottage cheese and pineapple

snack.....................one pretzel rod

dinner...................Employee Appreciation Banquet at school.....I have no idea what is being served

I will try to push protein......😄

Good morning BOTTs.

I recently had my labs done and the only thing that came back not normal was my thyroid.  I'm picking up a prescription for Levothyrozine today to hopefully get my thyroid back to a normal level.  My iron is holding up pretty well, expecially since my periods stopped, thanks to the endometrial ablation that I had before Christmas.

At work we have begun a new health campaign.  It is to walk 100 miles in 100 days, during working hours.  We were all given pedometers to help keep track and there will be prizes given at the end to those who accomplished the goal.  I like that people are focusing on health at work, it helps keep me on track.

Breakfast:  2 hardboiled eggs and one slice of bacon

Lunch:  grilled tilapia and green beans

Snack:  string cheese

Dinner:  left over shredded chicken breast mixed in a green salad with salsa for "dressing"

Snack:  greek yogurt

Walking, drinking water, and taking vits:  all on track so far

Have a great Spring day.
