It's a beautiful day in North Carolina. The song "I feel Good" keeps running through my head so it's really a great day. It's amazing what simply staying on track for 2 single days can do. I feel like a totally new person....recommitted, energized and successful. (of course it's probably got a lot to do with this BABY is getting some SUNSHINE!!!!!).

Today's Plan:

Breakfast:  English Muffin with Nutella

commute: Coffee

snack: 1/2 apple & 3 nabs

Lunch: Chef Salad

snack:  1/2 apple & 3 nabs

Dinner: Fish Tacos & refried beans

LNS: Protein smoothie

Yall remember to drink tha****er and take those vitamins. I did my bike ride last night and the knees are semi-screaming today. Most likely I'll be doing some stretching and toning video tonight for exercise.

Have a great day!!

Great plan Iris.

BTW: check portable tens units - great for inflammation of any kind.  I got a small unit and use that for my back - when I use it - my sciatica don't bother me that much ...  I even convinced my BF to try it- and last weekend he used it so much that I had to buy a unit for him.  Her has shoulder issue and also carpal tunnel syndrome  in both hands (computer guy) and I know he will use that.

i bought something like that:

But I paid $125.. But I got the shoes and 10 more sets of pads with mine...
There are similar items to that one on Amazon.
