Welcome to the group Kelli :)

I'm fairly new to this group also, but find posting here on OH helps keep me motivated and on track.  For me, I went back to the basics and am working from there, while the weight loss is much slower than right after surgery, I am losing so it can be done....

Hi. Gaining 25 is not the end of the world. Going back on track may help. Welcomed here.

Welcome to BOTTs. You'll find a great group of folks on here. Try and post and interact as often as possible. The accountability is great and helps keep us all focused.

Welcome Kelli, you have taken the first step to being back on track.  This is a very supportive group.   It's also spring now and great time to get out for long walks :).
