Not sure if Iris is busy but let's start new month. 

Warm and nice in SC.

My food: 

Coffee + coffee with Miralax. 

Meatloaf+ veggies.

protein cake + more coffee

Burger with cucumbers salad

Nuts,

Exercise : rental house clean up. tai- chi

Still State testing in the great State of Texas............am assigned hall monitor duty and have really had a rough time with being sleepy AND eating junk !!! Have eaten way more junk than I usually do in a week !   Just bored and been mindless eating !!!  You would think that 3 years after surgery that I could control my eating better than this !!  On to a better second half of the day........

i am not even going to post my plan for today, obviously I need to do better.   Tomorrow is a Brand new day !   I am going to try to salvage what is left of today !   I hope all of you have a great day !

Nuts. That's my to go snack food. 

Some days we need to be bad. But that sometimes would cause extra weight loss..

Happy April 1st, the months are going by pretty fast! Now if winter would just follow suit :)

 

 

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk

L: 1 cup Chicken chili

S: Cheese stick

D: 4 oz Elk steak, 1/2 cup baby peas

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

 

X: 35 mins elliptical, 25 mins treadmill & abs

W: Working on it

V: Done

 

Cal: 780             Carb: 37              Protein: 107                  Fat: 24

Thank You for getting us started today.

It's semi-crazy at work but in a good way. It's our Custodian's birthday and the entire building LOVES her so we set up a floating Birthday luncheon for her throughout the building. Our Dept was in charge of the "meat" portion of the meal. 4 crockpots full of food. (Mexican Chicken & Salisbury Steak) now it's on to cleanup....YUCK. It's worth it though because she's Queen for the day.

My plan for today is:

Breakfast: 1/2 blueberry bagel w/ cream cheese & Protein Smoothie

commute: Coffee

Lunch: Mexican chicken, fruit salad & tortilla chips

snack: small slice of bday cake (eat less than half then toss the rest)

Dinner: Leftovers  (pork roast & apples most likely)

My bike is back together and ready to ride. The sun's come out today and it's in the low 60's. YIPPEE!!!!!!!!! Spring is finally here.

Yall make sure to take those vitamins and drink tha****er.

 I Believe we need some birthday cake. For me it does not taste good anymore. As you - I would have a bite and toss the rest....

It was good but not great so I had no problems taking 2 bites then tossing it. My, my, my  how times have changed. I can say I'm comfortably full and not a bloated mess like I would have been in the past. My tool still works, if I work it.

Iris, I know what you mean.. Once upon a time I would have eaten the biggest and gone back for more cake.  I totally like the floating  birthday party.
