Monday - 3/31- Cardio & Cafe
Not only is the weekend over and pretty much a blur but so is the month of March. Wow that went by quickly. Once again we have the opportunity to start fresh and really get back on track.
Today's plan is simple:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Protein Smoothie
Lunch: Frozen Entree
snack: Apple with Peanut Butter
Dinner: Steak Salad
Not sure that the weather will cooperate for a bike ride tonight in the neighborhood tonight or not. It's looking like a great day in NE North Carolina.

Beautiful weather today. I am dealing with rental. But I think I found a tenant. Need to check their references since they want to move in on Wednesday. That is great since I lost so much money on that house. And I need to pay my bills and mortgage. It sucks how how people take advantage of others and the system... and when leaving just laugh in your face... But I do believe karma is a ***** so they get what's coming to them.. Not through me but universe... I still hope I can find where they moved to and get judgement against them for the money they owe me...
In a meantime weekend was very busy. My BF really helped me on Sunday... He scored really high on my "great BF list". I told him that he can go home and take care of his stuff but he hang around with me all day, fixed few things in the rental, changed lights in the our house (I bought 6 LED very bright lights for my recesses ceiling fixtures - and he installed them all- now I need to clean the carpet lol)
eating was good.. and I perfected my 5 min brownie like sponge cake (-dairy-soy-gluten free, low carbs, NSA. )

Exercise: rental fixing and cleaning.. lots of work.

snack....................fruit from cafeteria
dinner...................chicken and veggies
snack.................... Cottage cheese/ pineapple

L: 4 oz Chicken breast, cucumber slices w/2 tsp ranch dressing
S: Cheese stick, 1 pack cinnamon almonds
D: 4 oz Elk steak, 1/2 cup baby peas
S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax
X: 35 mins elliptical, 20 min strength/weight training & abs
W: Working on it
V: Done

Thankfully the last day of March was in the mid 60's especially after rain, sleet, and snow yesterday. Good day today, and I feel great.
