Tuesday - 3/25 - Cardio & Cafe

Good Morning BOTTs!! The sun is shining although it's very deceptive...not warm at all and bad weather is supposed to roll in here around lunch time. After this storm it looks like we may actually get to experience SPRING. I'm so excited.

The plan for today is a whole lot more than normal but it's my Birthday and I'm going to enjoy it for all it's worth.

Commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ dried cranberries and a few banana chips thrown in for crunch.

Lunch: BBQ sandwich with cole slaw and sweet potato casserole for dessert.

Snack: Coffee & Lemon Pie (my equivalent of Bday cake)

Dinner: Roast Ducks & Brussel Sprouts

I've got the morning vitamins in and as soon as I finish this bowl of oatmeal that's sitting here I'll start in on my water for the day. I brought some sliced lemons and plan on changing it up a little with the water. Gotta find a way to get moving more throughout the day.

Absolutely beautiful weather here !   Wish I was home instead of at work.....have a family weekend (about 15 family members for 3-4 days) at my house planned in a couple of weeks and really need to start getting ready for it and getting the flower beds in order...oh, well....I guess that is what the weekend is for!

Our nice weather came to an end as the rain has moved in, and looks like it's here to stay for several days. I'm just glad it's not snow and ice ;)

 

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-1 egg & 2 slices of bacon

L: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk

S: Cheese stick

D: 6 Chicken & cheese meatballs & 1/4 cup pasta sauce

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

 

X: 35 mins elliptical, 20 mins treadmill & abs

W: Working on it

V: Done

Good afternoon BOTTs.

Happy Birthday Iris! 

Nice cool day here today.  I started to go for a walk, but damned if this cough didn't kick in hard and fast.  Soooo....stretching it will be after I get home.

Breakfast:  oatmeal w/ dried cranberries....I have found 1/2 sugar by oceanspray but I wish I could find natural, unsugared dried cranberries. 

Lunch:  chicken breast with broccoli

Snack:  banana

Dinner:  fish and veggies I think

Snack:  greek yogurt...if I stop by the store on the way home
