Hey guys ? How's going? I feel much better today. It looks like a rainy day here... Or just foggy. But warm. 

Got my coffee and morning meds.  I am changing my diet as bit to include more fats... So far so good. I decided to have 1-2 avocados a day.  See how that would work. 

Beside that - life is normal. 

We are taking my friend to brunch food her Birthday.. But I am sure I only can eat very little. 

Then Costco and some other errands. Fun time at home with BF and dinner.. 

Walk move breath eat right..

We're going to take advantage of the weather and take the dogs on a hike today, hope everyone enjoys their Sunday fun day :)

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-1 cup Greek yogurt w/2 tsp SF Torani syrup

L: 3 oz Tuna, 1 boiled Egg & 1 tbsp Miracle Whip

S: Cheese stick

D: 4 oz Roasted turkey breast, 1 cup Asian salad w/1 tbsp sesame ginger dressing

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

S: Protein bar during my hike (only if needed), *not counted in the numbers

 

X: Trail Hike

W: Working on it

V: Done
