Feeling better this morning. Well enough to go to work. I swear this is my happy place. One more day cooped up at home and I would have been a stark raving lunatic.
Simple plan today:
commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Crock Pot chicken and dumplings
snack: Coffee
Dinner : Leftover Black Bean Chili
Getting those morning vitamins in me in just a few minutes. Got lots of options to drink throughout the day. Yall have a great one!

Glad you are feeling better, Iris. I'm still in the dredges of it but alas I am at work again. My ears are alternating between feeling pressure/clogged and the piercing pain of when they do "pop". Nice rattle in my chest which leads to an icky cough, stuffy sinuses and a sore throat. I'm about to dance around my office singing, "I feel pretty...oh so pretty!" okay....maybe not.
Breakfast: hard boiled egg and wheat toast with SF jam
Snack: greek yogurt
Lunch: at the mercy of the hospital cafe....if nothing looks good, than it will be my go-to veggie burger patty.
Snack: hard boiled egg
Dinner: veggie chili
Snack: I may stop to buy some SF popcycles...that sounds really good for my throat...heck...now I want one...right now.

Feeling lazy today, gotta get my behind in gear, house cleaning and laundry are in today's plan. I'd rather be outside as it is a pretty, sunny day, which isn't the norm here in the Oregon valley this time of year.

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

Hi everyone, I have been missing for over a week. I had a really busy time last week with the company quality assurance inspection. I am so glad that's over. So this week starts off with another snow storm 8 plus inches. Needless to say I am so ready for spring.
