B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer.... 1/2 hr later-7 oz Greek yogurt w/1tsp SF Torani raspberry syrup

L: 2 oz sirloin steak & 1/2 cup cottage cheese

D: 4 oz angus burger wrapped in Romaine leaf w/1tsp spicy brown mustard & tomato slices

S: if needed-Protein shake w/almond milk

 

X: off day, but maybe a walk later

W: Working on it

V: Done

Hey... 

I am back from my trip.  Eating was good... But too much wine... . ugh..

I and we did a lot of walking - over 10,000 steps every day for last 10 days.  I am taking break today... 

Today is Sunday - and my food is going to be good, rest in exercises. 

I do have a party to go to... So probably will have a glass of wine ... But eats will be: meat, more meat, nuts and veggies-  even if I wanted to eat "badly" - my food allergies and intolerance can make 5-10 min of pleasure of eating into 1-2 weeks of pain , gas and cramps.  Learn that the hard way.

Sounds like your trip went well :). Weekends are definitely the hardest to stay on track, socializing always seems to involve food and drinks :)

Happy Sunday,

 

Stayed up way too late last night, so slept late, now everything just feels like I'm running behind :/   Stayed on plan and avoided the food and drinks last night...just sipped on my flavored water.  Not much planned for today, maybe a walk with the dogs if the rain stays away.

L: Protein smoothie-4 oz Greek yogurt w/1 scoop protein powder & 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

D: 4-5 oz Roasted chicken breast & 1/2 cup baked broccoli

S: Protein smoothie-3 oz Greek yogurt w/1 scoop protein powder & 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

 

S: Cheese stick

 

X: off day, but maybe a walk later

W: Working on it

V: Done
