Good Morning BOTTs. I'm back from my conference and day off that I was able to spend with my sons.
I realized during the conference that I was drinking a good amount of water. 2 reasons. The Tea sucked. (honestly it was darker than my boss's diet pepsi). Secondly because of presentation and availability. Really nice stemware to sip from and stainless steel water pitchers every where you turned (plus lots of ice). Now if I could only have not picked up this sore throat and head ache at checkout. I felt great while I was there but woke up yesterday knowing I didn't feel 100%.
I'm off my game this morning and didn't do my normal preplanning so it's got potential to be a bad "eating" day. As long as I stay mindful of that then I should be able to combat it.

I am still at a conference in SF. Very nice weather, but I am mostly inside anyway. I am walking a lot - 11-12,000 steps daily. I try to drink water. Easting is simple : mostly proteins, some veggies and nuts. Wine is great here.,. Lol..
Met some old friends, and long term business associates. Way too much to do in a very little time. Tomorrow is our "Free day"... Not sure what we'll plan but something fun. Saturday will be traveling time...

Iris, I am glad you are back ! It would be so nice to have icy cold pitchers of water just sitting around all the time ! I try to use a crystal glass at home, to make me feel better abou****er, but at work....that is not practical with high school kids, so I use a 32 oz. convenience store mug. I have painted it so it does have a personal touch and everybody knows it us mine.....if I leave it somewhere. It always gets returned M
H.a.l.a. San Francisco !! I went there once as a child....my memories are good ones. Had a great time. Hope you have a great "free" day.....any conferences that I get to go to, I am sponsoring teens, so I don't really even get a "free" minute ! But, God has so Blessed me with a job that I love !
my morning vitamins have been taken........after realizing I wasn't absorbing them...I am back on track with them......I knew better, just got lazy.

breakfast............coffee/miralax. And string cheese
snack.................orange
lunch..................BLT from my favorite restaurant minus the mayo
snack..................? I have a good selection of appropriate snacks at home
dinner..................chicken, veggies
snack...................protein something.......shake or cottage cheese

Hello! I am trying something a little different with my eating. I am loosing really slowly and it's kind of frustrating, so I decided to eat frequent small meals to see if that would make a difference. I plan a small breakfast and dinner then, through out the day, I pack a certain amount of food and just eat every 2 or so hours. So far it's working. My hunger has never been a problem, but I am a grazer, so I decided to work with it. Since starting eating this way on Sunday, I lost 1.5 pounds.
Breakfast: coffee with half and half, 1 Chicken tenderloin and half a banana
Spread out food during the day: split pea soup, beef jerky, almonds, veggies and hummus and an Oscar Meyer Power Protien Pack-(turkey, cheese and peanuts). All in small servings
Dinner: Hamburger (home made lean organic grass fed beef) without a bun and some type of veggie
Water, herbal tea and vitamins all set. I take my weekly Power Yoga class tonight.

Good morning, gorgeous sunny day here in Oregon, so hopefully I will get outside for awhile. Hope everyone has a great day :)

D: 4 oz leftover Meatloaf & 3-4 asparagus stalks
S: Protein shake w/almond milk
X: 35 mins on elliptical & 15 min on treadmill

I have strep throat so I will be home until Tuesday, oh well.
