Beautiful cold morning in the Texas panhandle !
Carpet stretchers will finish today and in the morning, the carpets will be steam cleaned ! Yay ! They really need it ! Now all I have to do is go through everything that we had to move and either clean it and put it back ( amazing how dirty things get in unused bedrooms) or donate it, or throw it away ! That is what I will try to do the last couple of days of my spring break next week. Gotta go see the Grandkids first !!
my morning vits are in and working on water.......exercise will be 10,000 steps and I hope to get on the elliptical awhile tonight.
my eats for today should be.........
breakfast................coffee/ miralax............scrambled egg
snack......................orange
lunch.......................turkey/salad
snack.......................?
dinner......................turkey/ veggies

Lunch: Veggie burger with lettuce and tomato
Snack: high protein granola 1/3 c
Dinner: fish and green salad w/ balsamic dressing
Snack: string cheese and apple slices

I am just checking in, it's been a while, I do still lurk the board to see how everyone is doing.
I still struggle with my 60 pound weight gain over the past 4 years. So, I am working on getting back on track. I am so glad the weather here in Wisconsin is breaking...
Today eats are:
Breakfast - High Protein Smoothie
Snack - Roasted Peanuts
Lunch - 2 cups of cooked Collard Greens and 3oz of Roasted Chicken Thigh
Snack - Watermelon
Dinner - 1 cup Bean Soup with grounded Turkey
Snack - Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt

A day of grace= no food obsession. Don't feel like I need to plan or over restrict. I will eat what is whole and healthy today to nourish my body. I always bring breakfast and lunch to work and I have taken something out for dinner, just don't feel that frantic need to be all or nothing today.
B-oatmeal with almond milk unsweetened with 1 scoop protein powder and blueberries
L- chicken thigh and kale
D- turkey burger and the rest of the kale
S- walnuts
Maybe some yogurt if I am hungry tonight. Plain fage with a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut.
Hello everyone, I've been reading the board for the last couple of days and thought I'd join in. Back to OH after regaining about 40 lbs over the last 18 mos, went back to protein shakes on Monday and Tuesday just to break the carb cycle. I did discover that I still don't get really hungry, but that doesn't stop the head hunger from rearing it's ugly head. I'd like to hear what everyone else has done to get back on track.
