Tuesday?.... And I am SO ready for Friday ! My Spring Break starts then ! 😃
my carpets are being stretched and cleaned today and tomorrow, so my house is in total disarray (limited kitchen space... Just about the only room with no carpet, except bath and utility).....they need everything cleared off so they can move furniture....I just hope we did enough last night so that my hubby doesn't have to do a lot today. My hubby is 76 and has COPD. He really can't do a lot, but he will try too much. Love that man !!
my morning vits are in.....working on water......need to up protein and lower carbs..........been walking 10,0000 steps on most days.....weekends , not so much.
my eats for today.....
breakfast.......coffee/miralax.........chicken
snack............orange
lunch.............turkey/ string cheese and salad
snack.............?
dinner............leftover roast and veggies
snack.............cottage cheese

Your house is going to be so fresh and clean and b e a u t i f u l !!!! Great way to enter into Spring.
Late start at work for me today...I woke up with a mean headache! Fortunately, I know how to remedy this one.
Water, water, and more water. I have been so bad on drinking fluids/water for several days now that it really
caught up to me in a bad way. A dehydration-headache is not fun at all. I know that no headaches are fun but,
this one could have been avoided if I would have been on track with my body's requirements.
Breakfast: greek yogurt
Lunch: roast pork with mushrooms
Snack: high protein granola 1/2 c
Dinner: going out for sushi for my daughter's 17th birthday. Easy on the rice or just sashimi for me.
Snack: apple and string cheese
exercise will be running the stairs on my breaks

I guess my other exercise will be running back and forth to the restroom!!!!
