Looks like we made it through yet another work week. My beloved weekend is about to arrive and I have a clean house to enjoy. Life is GOOD.

I tried a new recipe last night that's on the Betty Crocker website called a "Mexican Beef & Bean Casserole". It was awesome. Family loved it and it was pouch friendly. It's basically an oven baked chili. I can't seem to be able to copy and paste it to here so try googling it. I promise it's worth the effort.

Today is the looking like :

Commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Whole Wheat toast w/ scrambled egg

snack: Yogurt

Lunch: Leftover Beef & Bean Casserole

snack: Veggies & Dip (Greek Yogurt w/ onion soup mix)

Dinner: Going out----most likely broiled fish & salad

Morning vitamins and meds are in and I've just filled up Tea Glass #1 to get the day started.

I'm going to be out of town most of next week so someone please step up and get the day started. I'm only taking my Nook with me and I'm not sure of internet connection so I'll lurk when I can. Yall stay safe and stay on track.
