Any BOTTs using Ideal Protein?
Hi, I had gastric bypass in 2008 and lost a great amount of weight. Over the last 2 years through bad eating habits I have gained back 40lbs. I need to nip this in the bud now before I end up back at where I started. My husband has been doing Ideal Protein with amazing results. Has anyone else had success with this after having gastric bypass? Thanks
I don't see any nutritional data on the website. But from some comments - it looks to me like a rather expensive way of trying to lose weight.
That may work for some "normal" people, but I would not do that personally.
If you can afford that and want to try it go for it. Give it a month.. 2 max.
BTW: what I found out on my many many diets - special food programs - is that they may work for a week or 2... and only first or second time around. Then nothing... So if II see so "mysterious" special protein shakes and foods - with no nutritional data - or info - red light- asin warning light comes into my view... if they don't want to share - what are they hiding?

I did use this diet for 3 weeks and in my first 2 weeks I lost 14 lbs...just cant afford to stay on it...I really liked the vitamins too made me feel good the multi...it IS a high protein diet but not sure if the protein met all the requirements that I personally needed...maybe watch out for that...again if I could I would be on it again...financially I just cant.
I was able to find the nutritional value on fat secret ( I think that was it) but u can find them... your calories are limited to about 1000 or less per day...and protein is upped...so "we" loose on it.. it is high pro low carb so it works
