In this battle, some days, i feel like a beaten, half way dead soldier, I swear. I'm trying to BOTT, but 2 weeks ago, I was changing a tire on my car and one of the nuts was too stuburn and i had to pull, i pull my back, allright. My back is much better, nowadays, but my right hip, is very achy. I'm taking aleeve during the night, and advil, during the day, alternating and lots of rubs with cold and hot, lots of streching and kept my workouts, but i'm not at the level i was before the injury. I feel like i have to start all ova again. I went to the park this Saturday, it was a beautiful day, I jogged/walked 7 miles, 3 jogged and 4 walked. I'm trying to train for the upcoming 10k on 03/29. I also got me some appropiate running shoes, new balance. I have reloaded on greek jogurts, cheese and proteine shakes and i'm watching my water/liquid intake, it is not easy, but we are trying. I have 45 lbs that I'm trying to loose, I have been stalled on 185s since October of last year, or so. After this 10K, Im going to register for a mud run in May. Everyday, I have to encourage myself to stay focus.

And i have a doc's appointment this upcoming Friday, to check on my TSH and my anemia, and perhaps, I might request to try a new antidepressant, so keep me in your prayers.
