Wednesday - 2/26 - Cardio & cafe

I started the 5 day pouch test on Monday.  I know usually RNY do this, but I wanted to see if it would work for a sleever. First 2 days just protein shakes.  I could only get 3 down and some broth. Day 3, today, I could add some tuna or eggs. I had a shake for breakfast and plain tuna for lunch. When I did just the shakes my cravings disappeared and I did not feel hungry.  After having tuna today, felt like I could eat again after 2 hours. I didn't and waited 4 hours and had an egg. Dinner is canned salmon.  Well 2 more days of protein and then I will add back veggies and see what triggers me.  So 5 pound loss as of today.  I had a 10 pound gain so still working get getting back down to goal.  Anyone else done the 5 day pouch test and how did it work out for you?
