really last year I was anemic...and now I am not...why do some of these say low?? does anyone know how to read or know at what levels are where I NEED to be...I thought surly since I have or had not been taking vitamins that this would not be good...but " everything's good " does not seem right...IDK I am not a Dr

cant really afford to change Dr's at this point...

Keep in mind that everyone is different so one person's normal range may not actually apply to you. Do you have a copy of last years's and this year's reports that you can put side by side and compare? HALA will more than likely ask you for some specifi numbers later on when she looks at this. There are some very knowledgeable folks on the the OH site that will help you out.  I started keeping mine on a spreadsheet so I can quickly and easily spot any changes and ask my doc for help in figuring out the changes.  Good Luck.

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.

OK here is the up date....so far.

I am anemic...no surprise there...My Dr (PCP is the one person who encouraged me to get my RYN and I have been with for 11 yrs) has taken the test results from the "other" Dr (  who saw me when I thought I wanted a Dr who would be closer to me) and FINALLY said she would do the iron infusions and that she was concerned cause my calcium was too low...sooo is running a VIT D and PHT ( I think that is it) to see what is really going on ....she also stated to me my weight gain is no surprise since I never delt with the issues as to why I was overweight in the first place and that I have an eating disorder... she is right.

NO SURPRISE there either...I FEEL STUCK IN MY OWN INSANITY.... I eat to eat ...I eat to feel...to not feel? I hate how I feel after I eat and feel hopeless and like " ok well you can start tomorrow...but that never happens...EVER and I have gained 60 lbs ...I do not like how I physically feel either...there are no, NO... ZERO support groups here in my town... I HAVE to find something some way to stop ME...stop hurting myself...idk ...this is really a personal situation I suppose and don't mean to be a cry baby...just maybe someone here knows what I am talking bout and has ideas that could help...idk

HUGS.  Maybe getting counseling could help?

The problem with some of us that if we regain weight - the old health problem can come back on top off the new that we got - like anemia and iron issue.

That sucks. 60 lbs is a lot. You do need to find a way to deal with that.
