Saturday 2/22 Weekend Cardio and Cafe

Finally the weekend, I don't know about everyone else but I thought it would never get here.   We are going away to VA overnight to our family home there.  Of course we will see family and there is the challenge to stay on track.   However, I have a plan. I am going to make a big pot of chili and that way I will be in control.  The weather promises to be warm and sunny.  I hope Iris makes it through with all that going on.

My eats for today

 

BKF

Premier protein shake

greek yogurt

Lunch 

?  Maybe bun less grill chix sandwich

Dinner

 

homemade chili

Cheddar cheese

fat free sour cream or plainGreek yogurt

 

 Water in progress, morning vitamin done, calcium in progress.   Exercise walking out side x 30 minutes.

Cool...it is verty nice here in SC, 

Food wise I am in trouble., I made no sugar added, no gluten, very low carb, no dairy, no soy fudge and cookies (brownie like cookies).. Dark chocolate with nuts...

I did that to have something to replace my 85% dark chocolate treat...  I did too good of a job. They taste and smell really good.  (I used all natural or organic stuff - including coconut oil, coconut cream, cocoa, nuts and stevia..)  I don't follow a recipe...I just mix things until they look and taste right... Until that batch it gone - there is no chance I can lose weight. Lol.

Sounds to good.  I couldn't do it either, I would end up eating the whole thing.  There is always tomorrow.
