Tuesday Feb 18th - Cardio & Cafe

Good Morning BOTTs. Hope all is well with everyone and that you've got a plan for today. I've got a simple goal....WATER!!! I feel so much better when I get at least 8 glasses in every day. In the winter I seem to be slack about it.

My plan today is pretty standard (for me)

Commute: Coffee

Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese

snack: grapes

Lunch: Last night's leftovers --Meatballs & provolone

snack: peanut butter and celery

Dinner: Homemade Chicken soup

Gotta get some exercise in today as well. The sun is trying to shine and temps are supposed to be in upper 50 low 60's so I'm going to try and get a few laps in around the courthouse complex at lunch time. Yall have a great day.

Morning, I was up early making my first batch of eggface bites. I made ones with spinach and artichokes, yummy! When I get the kitchen cleaned up I'm going to make pizza ones. 

my eats for today

while cooking: coffee with creamer

breakfast: 2 egg bites and two turkey sasuage links smidge of sour cream

lunch: leftover turkey chili with some cheese and sour cream

snack: my chocolate fix aka chocolate milkshake protein shake

dinner: chicken ravioli with some sauce, broccoli and salad

if I keep to this them my count should be 885 cal, 65 carb, and 73 protein. Does this look ok to you guys? I think I need more protein. I'm going to take my vits when I'm done typing and get my water started.

Looks good.. you may want some more proteins - if you need that, or feel hungry. My to go quick fix - is lean cold cuts + cucumber or pickles..

I never had beast.. Make sure you use the lean portion of it..... What kind of beast it was?  

(I am sorry - I just could not help myself....I really tried....lol)

I am the one who often makes horrible spelling mistakes when I use my tablet..

My boys have always called it "roast beast"....guess it's a boy thing. My mom asked my cousin one time if he wanted some old dead chicken. He looked at her kinda funny and said he didn't think he liked it that way. So my Dad told him to go out and the yard and make a sandwich out of one of the ones running around.

(I say that because I looked at the little clock on my monitor and it says 12:00...not morning, not yet afternoon.)

I'm glad to hear that Tess was able to get back to us...I hope she can kick that overwhelmed feeling right in the arse.

Nice weekend....if it was summer time, that is!  Drier than a bone in San Diego county.  Global warming is in Southern California.

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs

Snack:  SF hot chocolate

Lunch:  baked chicken from the cafe here at work....I think mine came from the dredges of the pan because my pouch is telling me that it was WAY TOO GREASY.  I tried to scrape off the bottom part but I should have just said no.  Currently dumping from the grease...as I type.  Ugggghhhhhhh.....what a crappy feeling.  Right now, I feel like nothing will ever sound good to eat again.  I am grateful that my pouch still reacts this way to discourage eating what does not agree with me but man....sometimes it really sneaks up on me....can you see me???  sprawled out on my office floor....typing from the ground, looking up at my screen...moaning....sweating....Ugggghhhh.  You get the picture.

And just to change it up...I will have a late night snack of .....you guessed i****er.

ouch... it was probably an old grease.. 

I typically have no issue with some grease - like avocado, or bacon (crispy), or even a good juicy burger.. but old grease - and I get sick.. One day I had 5 (five)  potato fries.. ugh...

I am feeling better now.  I looked back at what I wrote...in the throws of the dump and it's embarassing.  But....that's exactly how I felt...so dramatic tho.  

It's amazing how severe it can be and then an hour or two later...much better. 

Nothing like a reminder like that to keep me on my toes, however!!!

haha...I just got goosebumps up my arms thinking about the greese again.

Good evening everyone.  I woke up to snow this morning.  The good thing about it is that it was in the fifties today, so we had lot of melting.  Hopefully it will al melt over the next fees days.  So it was one of those days, I just had to force my self to go to gym, but I made it.  I drank 10 glasses of water today, and took all vitamins.

My eats toady are:

BKF

premier protein shake

 Chia tea home made

 

Lunch

2.5 oz grill chix

spinach 1/3 cup

 

Dinner

grill chix

greek salad

 

Snack
