I am sorry that I have been MIA for the last few days. I have been overwhelm with work and family issues and I am probably going to be out of touch for a little while. I just wanted you all to know that I haven't died or anything. I will be looking in on you but not regularly. Today will be my last post for a little while. I hope everybody continues to do well and I will be thinking of each and everyone of you when I think of OH. You can still send me a private message if you need any help from me, I just wont be on daily. Love ya all.
Glad to know that you're ok but sorry that you're overwhelmed. I hate it when "real" life gets in the way of my "Cyber" life.
I"m having sunshine on a very windy morning in NC. I saw my first daffodil blooming in my Moma's yard this weekend. Spring can't be but so far off. I think we might just make it through a very long winter. First one to complain about summer heat get*****hed ha ha ha ha...I'm not joking.
Today's plan is looking like this:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and an apple
Lunch: Chili & small salad
snack: Peanut butter and celery
Dinner: Meatballs (Meatball subs for the fellas - no bread for mine)
LNS: FiberOne brownie (just to help the iron supplement go down)
I've got some new YouTube stretching & toning segments to "watch" tonight. Plus a ton of housework. I'm havign a Premiere Jewelry party Wednesday night at my house and then there's a birthday party Sunday at Moma's from my Step Father's 90th birthday. She needs help getting her house ready too. Plus all of the cooking and errands that will have to be done. Yikes!!!! It's going to be a busy week.

Morning! The cold bug ha**** my house so we are feeling icky.... Of course little one is starting to feel better as I'm starting to feel worse, oh well so goes life! Im trying to get back on track from the holidays still and had a pretty good few days, let's keep it up!
My eats for today:
breakfast: 1 scrambled egg with some cheese and 2 turkey sasuage, coffee with creamer
lunch: 5 ritz crackers with 1 laughing cow cheese and some turkey
snack: protein shake with some milk
dinner: 1/2 turkey chili with some nibble of cornbread and 1 1/2 cup salad
yesterday was the only day last week that I missed my vitamins and didn't really drink a lot of water but it's a new day so working towards 96oz of water.
Tess is so good to know you are alive. Hope that you work through your situation soon. You will be missed. Just know that we are all here for you also.

Priemer shake
Lunch
2 grill chicken wings no skin
lite and fit greek yogurt
Dinner
4oz chicken tenderlin
spinach
Snack
cheese sticks and 3 wheat crackers
water check, vitamins check, exercise 30 on the treadmill .
