Wow, I have already lost 15 pounds in less than two weeks working my pouch! It means that is still works although I can eat more, keeping carbs and junk food away helps tremendously. Is just about trying to find substitutes.
Great job!! That (and exercise) was the answer for me when I lost my regain...finding suitable substitutes for old favorites, and it does work. You just have to work at it :) Good luck!
