Thursday, February 13th Cardio & Cafe

Good morning BOTTs.

I hope you are all not frozen!!!

Breakfast: granola bar

Snack: 4 ounces of FF milk

Lunch:  shrimp taco from Rubio's (after my dentist appointment at noon)

Snack:  string cheese

Dinner: chicken chili leftovers

Snack:  greek yogurt

Exercise:  running stairs today on my breaks

Please remember to take your vits and to drink plenty of water!!

Weather here is great !!   Hope everyone else is staying warm.  

my eats for today, so far...........

breakfast.............coffee/miralax...........chicken patty/ cheese

snack..................pear

lunch...................roasted chicken, salad, 

snack...................orange

my eats for the rest of the day....

dinner...................chicken and veggies

snack....................protein coffee

Just another day in Paradise....if I keep telling myself that long enough it'll be true..right? We dodged the proverbial bullet on this latest storm. We saw some flurries yesterday afternoon then everything turned to rain. Lots and lots of rain. So instead of a beautiful Christmas Card snow covered scene we have MUD. It looks like a combination of chocolate milk, mud pies and a sloppy pig sty outside our house. On the plus side...the Puppy loves it. Wait!! That's a definite downside. He's tracking in more mud than is earthly possible.

Today's plan is simple:

Commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ dried fruit

snack: Cajun Trail mix

Lunch: Peanut butter on celery and a graham cracker

snack: coffee

Dinner: Roast chicken w/ squash and some sort of green vegetable

Not sure how much exercise I'll get in afterwork today. Lots of household stuff to get done tonight. I'll try and work some extra trips up and down the stairs if the knees are agreeable to it. Hope everyone is getting the water and vitamins in. Stay safe and warm.

Afternoon everyone! Ugh it's confession time for me...... I did really great yesterday, I had everything on track.. I was under 1000 calories, my protein was about 70. I was happy with that. Than 4 pm came around and I finished off my frozen yougurt and that was the end of that! I becaome a carb eating machine. I didn't even know what I ate.... I ate from about 4 to 8 about every half an hour full or not. I felt like I had a giant weight in the bottom of my stomach! I feel so gross! But that was yesterday and today is a new day! Thank you for letting me rant....

my eats for today: 

breakfast: apple oatmeal and coffee

lunch: 1/4c chili with 2 tabs cheese and 6 homemade chips

snack: protein shake 

dinner: we might go out for BBQ for an early valentines day dinner but I'm trying to talk hubby into leaving for disneyland tomorrow so we might just eat at home..... 

Working on water, I got 2 of my 32oz jugs down yesterday still trying for 3, after I finish lunch going to take my vits. Wish me luck on disneyland lol. Have a good one, stay warm
