Lunch: Lean Pocket
Snack: Roast Peanuts
Dinner: Something with Chicken
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Bike

I have totally been out of pocket.....my hubby and I both had drs. appointments in Amarillo today (about an hours drive ). Just general check ups. I definetely wasn't concentrating on my eats for today. I have to have structure and today was by no means a structured day AND we were celebrating Valentine's Day early because I am sponsoring a dance at the high school where I work on Friday night. Now that I said all that......I ate too much, but it was yummy ! 😜 Tomorrow is another day ! Until then, I will be good !
