When I do the math, it seems like I should be loosing more.  I could try cutting 500 calories a day and see if I loose another pound over a week.  500 I could cut, probably, but man I think I would be unsatisfied eating 800-1000 a day.  Maybe if I bulked up my food with more veggies I would be satisfied.  Thanks for the encouragement.  

Are you hungry when you are eating 800-1000 a day?  I could probably do it short term, but long term, it would mentally get to me.

Cutting the fruits may help. Replacing that with low starches veggies may do the trick.

I am doing SO much better today !   Our weather here is supposed to be above 50 all week and hitting mid 70's this weekend !!  WooHoo !!!  All ya'll in the icy/ snow areas.....stay warm and safe !

my eats for today..........vits and water.....check

breakfast.....................coffee with protein and miralax

lunch...........................3oz roasted chicken, salad veggies/ dressing

snack...........................2 oz reduce fat cheese

dinner........................... Soup or chili

snack............................popcorn or protein coffee

see, ALOT better than yesterday !!

Stay safe and warm out there guys! It's a little overcast here in NorCal and don't yell at me but somedays I miss the snow (moved here a year ago from wasington) ....... Lol not driving in it but staying inside watching it come down with a nice cup of coffee..... 

My eats for today

breakfast: 1/2 cup cocoa crisp with 1/2 cup milk.... Feeling icky.... Coffee with creamer

snack: protein shake.... Much better!

lunch: leftovers from our salad bar night

snack: another shake or some string cheese

dinner: I'm not sure... Maybe some chili or meatballs or I got some stir fry shrimp from trader joes 

about to take my vits and firs****er is filled. I almost got in 2 yesterday, shooting for 3!

You know how sometimes our pouches remind us that they are there and still in charge? This morning I made scrambled eggs at work like I do (often). Just about the time I swallowed the last bite, Oscar the Pouch said "Oh hell no!" and gave them back. Honestly don't know why that happens at random times. Ate at the same speed. Didn't drink while I was eating. Nothing was differnent. Hmmmm.....

Other than having a sore stomach from it, I've felt fine (not flu-ish). It does cause me not to want to eat so maybe this is a good thing.

Good afternoon BOTTs.

I didn't get into work today until 1pm.  I woke up and was so exhausted from a near-non sleepless night that I said, nope...not gonna make it to work at 7:30 this morning and be productive so I'm just now settling in for the boat-load of work on my desk. 

I hope all the chilly people are toasty warm by now.

Breakfast: oatmeal

Lunch: chicken breast, 1/4 cup of beets, and about 3 tablespoons of whole grain rice

Snack: banana

Dinner:  fish and veggies

Snack:  string cheese

Running up and down the stairwell again...I've got some making up to do since I wasn't here for the first half of the day.
