A low carb moderation!!
Food intake for today. Low carbs!!
B-scrambled eggs w/cheese. 3 sm. pieces of erkrich sausage.
S- Protein suppl. zero-carbs.
L- turkey & black bean chili 1/2 of cup with cheese. 10 carbs.
S- water
D-Baked pork Lyons (sp) smothered in sweet onions and spinach.
S-??
EXERCSISE: none today ;-( although I did get it in the past 3 prior days up until today. Sat. for sure.
Total carbs may be roughly, 15-18? have to look up sweet onions content. Spanish is good, and low, all the meats are considered zero. All cheese is zero. Because I had to cut fruits out temp. I have to increase my greens!!
When I do low carb - I learn the hard way that I need to increase Miralax or I may get seriously painfully constipated. Watch for that.

Have a nice big shredded iceberg lettuce salad, top with low carb items such as, cubed cheese, diced baked skinless chicken, tuna, hard boiled egg, some raw veggies. put your dressing on the side in a small cup, dip your fork in the dressing and then spear something in your salad, you get the taste of the dressing, that's enough, you don't need to drown the salad in dressing :-) Lettuce is so low in all counts you can eat lots and not feel guilty and it is great fiber ! Get creative :-)
