Back On Track Together
Drum-roll Please!!
Today has marked my one month of getting back on track, and I am very happy to announce that I lost -4lbs. from two weeks ago, & all together within the past month, -16lbs. Total.
I am very pleased I must say. It's been a hard struggle. And not fast enough of course, this has been the longest month of my entire life? I hope the rest of Feb is better, it's the shortest month & my B-day month as well!
And I must continue on! I will weigh again at the end of the month and on March 9th again. My last two days leading up to my weigh in, I did a low carb moderation, which I am sure help jump start some loss pounds. Be i****er wt. muscle, fat, you can name it all, As long as that scale is moving in the opposite, as pounds going down, I am happy!! My plan for the next month will be to do better with food intake. Step up my game with EXECRECISE, and drink water until I can't stand it.
In the beginning I felt so strong and motivated, and towards the end of the month, I felt down? and fat! I know I still have a long way to go, but what a heck of a start, I will admit.
With roughly 16lbs. being gone.
240 down to 236!! Jan. 9th- wt. was 252lbs. My numbers may be off, but how much I am not sure, because of the yo-yo scale and I did end up getting a new non-digital scale, I will post a survey on which type of scale is better? To all, have a good week, stay on track, take vits. protein suppl. eat right & drink as much water as you can stand, & most of all, Move to Lose!! "Eye of the Tiger"
