I don't known about anyone else, but I am so glad it's Friday.  I really have had an un eventful week.  I still I'm track with food, exercise, vitamins, and water.  This morning my slacks are feeling really loose.  So I am heading out to work everyone have a great day.  I just want to thank each and everyone of you for your support, it really does help to make this journey bearable.

Spinach and Canadian bacon Omlet

veggies (steamed)

snack Greek Yogurt

I am very happy it's friday too!!!!!!!!  Loose pants are a helluva lot better than tight ones!!!

Congratulations!!
I have never been one to go from the clothes and how they fit, but I can attest to my coat, feeling more comfortable, and just slightly loser pants? or is it all in my mind?
