My morning started off extremely busy so I am just now able to take a few minutes and post. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
snack: Oatmeal
Lunch: Wendy's Chili (trying again)
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Dinner: Lean Pocket
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Bike

My husband was making dinner lastnight when I got home from work so we did not go to Wendy's as I had planned but if he wants to make dinner....go for it!!
Breakfast: Greek yogurt
Snack: 15 almonds
Lunch: Protein shake and a V8 juice (slim pickins at home)
Snack: SF hot chocolate
Dinner: Wendy's chili over top a side salad (if all goes well)
Snack: string cheese
Running errands today at lunch time...will track my steps tho. I will also hit the stairwells several times today.

School started an hour later today due to snow conditions and temp. It is 7* right now (12:20 pm) and this has been our high since yesterday. We only got 3-4 inches of snow, but the wind kills us. The roads are snow packed with ice underneath.
One of my students was on his way home from work last night and witnessed a semi lose control. My student is ok .... He braked and ended up in a ditch but he went to the semi to help and the driver was dead. Needless to say, he isn't really "here" today.......I am so glad that we have a great counselor ! Please pray for all involved.
Yay ! I hit 10,000 steps yesterday, but my leg (my right knee has been replaced) cramped like crazy last night. I do have problems with that leg, but nothing like I use to.

my eats for today.....
breakfast..............2-egg omelet with bacon and cheese......I had extra time to cook. 😄
snack...................pear
lunch...................ham and veggies
snack...................orange
dinner...................turkey and Brussel sprouts
snack....................if I have one it will be coffee

I am off my allergy meds ... I need to be off anything for at least 5 days before testing, so now I am itching EVERYWHERE.. and my ears are blocked. Hope it is a just a rebound effect and the next 5 days will not get worse than it is today.. My visit with allergy do ciis Feb 11.. wish me luck..
Today is my fasting (low calorie ) day. I can do it.. I think...
Eats:
coffee x 3 + miralax, tea
pork roast
tea and more tea .. coffee
chcicken breast
more tea and coffee
turkey breast or tuna... , pickles or cucumbers...
Lots of water and double dose of miralax today (low volume and mostly proteins- need something to help move that along)
Exercise: give a cat a pill.... (yea - that is real exercise), start cleaning the house, and check the pantry and fridge to see what else I need for Saturday Birthday party for my BF (we have 15-18 people coming)
