Now now that I am back on track

I am having a hard time getting more than 700-900 calories a day.  My pouch is definitely still working.  I went back to basics by eating protein first and find I am full.  Of course I still have head hunger and occasional craving for sweets.  I just don't know if I a eating enough.  I guess what also worries me is that I am excercising  daily and burning additional calories however, the scale is not moving.  I am trying to remain optimistic but it's so hard.   Thoughts, ideas, comments would greatly appreciated.

Lower number of calories for as short time is OK once in a while.  But long term may be not.

When I am in a losing phase - I really dont count calories but the type of food and quantity.

But I am pretty sure I get 800-1400 per day. But I made sure I get enough fat in my diet. I only limit the fat so it would not make me sick. But I incorporate nuts, avocado, butter, flaxc, coconut oil, and so on.

I try to get app 100- 130 proteins, (even if I have to add one or 2 shakes), app 30-40 gr of fat, and carbs from nuts and non starchy veggies. Also limit fruits to 3-4 times a week. And thed only fruitsd on my menu are berries.

Thanks for replying.  I so wish that I could snack on nuts, but I am allergic to them.  I am really not eating fruit at this point,  however I do love berries in the summer.  I will continue to focus on eating healthing and staying on track.

Try to weigh only once a week.  Unless you stray from your diet and exercise program you should show a weekly lost.  This second time around losing the regain will not come off as fast as it did the first time but it will come off.  You are doing good, avoid the scales.

Thanks Tess.  How long did it take you to lose you regain?   I am staying on track with food and excerise.  While it's not easy, I am trying to remain focus.
