Good Morning Botters:

Once again, TGIF!  I thought my week would be better with my boss out of town but instead I ended up doubling on my work load.  Bummer!!!  I had planned to get my files in order and just get my organized before he came back but I can see that is not going to happen.  We have a chance of snow tonight so I am looking forward to spending a cozy evening by the fire.  My eats for today are:

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Breakfast:  Quest Protein Bar

Snack:  Fiber One Bar

Lunch:  I have Wendy's Chili in my Refrigerator, I think I am having it for lunch today!

Snack:  Roast Peanuts that are cooking on my propane heater as we speak.

Dinner:  1 slice cheese pizza if I do not cook

Snack:  Vitatop

Exercise:  Bike

Have a great Friday and a warm and awesome weekend!  Remember to take those vits and drink lots of fluids.

Good morning BOTTs.

Yay for Friday!!!  This has been one tough mother of a week. 

Tess, I didn't make it to wendy's but I did have a can of chicken chili and lettuce and tomato at home so I made it myself.  It was really good...fantastic idea.  I can see it happening again in my near future.  : )

Breakfast:  greek yogurt

Snack: SF hot chocolate

Lunch:  I still haven't made it to the store, so I will look for the best protein possible in the cafe here at work.

Snack:  Protein shake if I'm hungry...if not than just another cup of SF hot chocolate

Dinner:  baked chicken breast and green beans

Snack:  feels like a popcorn night

Have a great weekend everyone, stay warm if it's cold in your neck of the woods.

Exercise will be a walk on my lunch break with a few runs up and down the stairwell when I can fit it in.

Hi Gaby:  I finally had my Wendy's chili for lunch today.  It was very good and very meaty.  Usually, it is more veggie than meat, I may have gotten someone else's protein today!

TGIF !!   Looking forward to being home this weekend !!  

My eats for today......already took my vits and have all my water in !!   Yay !!!  I have walked 6300 steps so far today !!!

breakfast................coffee/miralax

snack .....................boiled egg

lunch.......................breakfast burrito from the new place in town 

snack........................apple

dinner.......................chicken and veggies

snack........................it does sound like a popcorn night !!

STILL STRUGGILIN - need to work on portion sizes and vitamins...i hate iron HATE it... i belch (sp) it yuck...

eats so far today are

coffee multi vitamin

b pro shake with flax and pb

s sm pouch of tuna mixed in to a cup of soup (dont ask)

l chicken breast with creamed spinach.

s pro shake multi vitamin

d chicken breast and veggies

I am not going to ask but I have never done tuna in a cup of soup........What kind of iron are you taken?

LOL JUST TO ADD MEAT TO IT...I CAN EAT ANYTHING....LOL

THE IRON IS FERGON AND I HAT IT SO MUCH I WONT TAKE IT...AND I ABSOLUTLY HAVE LOW IRON BUT I CANT TAKE IT... CAUSE I THINK ABOUT THE "BELCH"  AND GROSS OUT

Have you thought about having a couple of iron infusions to raise your iron levels up?  I take the Tender Iron that I order from Vitalady and I never belch it up.  One pill and I am good for the day, 60 mg.  Go to vitalady.com and look it up, this may be something that you would want to try.

my Dr wont order them for me...says i have to be admited for it ...and i will go and look at the iron...can we obsorb that much at a time...?
