Good Morning Botters:
Once again, TGIF! I thought my week would be better with my boss out of town but instead I ended up doubling on my work load. Bummer!!! I had planned to get my files in order and just get my organized before he came back but I can see that is not going to happen. We have a chance of snow tonight so I am looking forward to spending a cozy evening by the fire. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Lunch: I have Wendy's Chili in my Refrigerator, I think I am having it for lunch today!
Snack: Roast Peanuts that are cooking on my propane heater as we speak.
Dinner: 1 slice cheese pizza if I do not cook
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Bike

Yay for Friday!!! This has been one tough mother of a week.
Tess, I didn't make it to wendy's but I did have a can of chicken chili and lettuce and tomato at home so I made it myself. It was really good...fantastic idea. I can see it happening again in my near future. : )
Breakfast: greek yogurt
Snack: SF hot chocolate
Lunch: I still haven't made it to the store, so I will look for the best protein possible in the cafe here at work.
Snack: Protein shake if I'm hungry...if not than just another cup of SF hot chocolate
Dinner: baked chicken breast and green beans
Snack: feels like a popcorn night
Have a great weekend everyone, stay warm if it's cold in your neck of the woods.
Exercise will be a walk on my lunch break with a few runs up and down the stairwell when I can fit it in.
