Happy Hump Day Botts:
I had all these grand plans of getting caught up at work while my boss was away on a business trip but nooooo, I am doing his job and mine. Silly me, what was I thinking. We are going back in the deep freeze by Friday. Our high today will be 33 degrees and high on Friday will be 22 degrees with snow likely. Love, love, love this winter weather but I am so glad that we are not dealing with what the people up North are dealing with. My heart goes out to all of you up there. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Wendy's Chili
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Dinner: Meatball Soup (lots of veggies and a few meatballs)
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Bike
I hope everybody has a great hump day and remembers to take their vits and drink their fluids too!
It started snowing here about 4pm and when I left work at 5pm we already had about 3 inches. Shortly after the snow turned to sleet and that continued throughout the evening. Yucky weather.

L: Deli Ham & Pepper Jack on Whole Wheat, apple

D: Deli turkey & Pepper Jack on Whole Wheat, 1oz tortilla chips w/salsa
S: 3 Keebler coconut dream cookies

I'm glad it's Hump Day...c'mon weekend.
Wendy's chili sounds good today, Tess. I may have to venture out...I keep thinking about your suggestion of dumping it on a side salad and making it a "taco salad"...that just sounds delicious.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 large strawberry
Snack: greek yogurt
Lunch: tuna stuffed tomato
Snack: 1 big strawberry & about 1/4 cup of blueberries
Dinner: Wendy's chili over a side salad!!!
Snack: string cheese and later SF hot chocolate

Hump Day !! Cold, cold, cold here....negative digits with wind chill......about 7* when I got up this morning and the high is supposed to be in the 20's ! Wind is what is making it bad. It might warm into the 40's by the weekend. I hope so !
my vits and water are already in AND I am up to 8,328 steps right now....WooHoo !! Maybe I will see 10,000 steps today !! I like to feel my fitbit do a little dance on my wrist !! 😄
