Back On Track Together
Ready to get BOT!
Okay, here's the deal...I know I can do this, just didn't fully acknowledge how many bad habits I had allowed to creep back into my life. I need to get back on track!

I think the rest of your message was cut off but you have taken the first step and admitted your bad habits. I wished I had caught mine at 10 lbs but at the time that seem like such a little amount until you fast forward and it is 70 lbs. Get the carbs under control, stop drinking with your meals (this is usually the first indicator of regain) up your protein and watch your calorie intake. You can get those pounds back off in no time at all. Start journaling your food daily to see what you are actually consumming. It will probably surprise you that you are eating that much. Take a walk if weather is permitting just to make you feel good about yourself. You are a winner and you can be successful at this too!
