New day new week... How is everyone? 

It is going to be warmer here today 60's. I still follow as very strict BOTT plan.. and my scale showe today 168.... Cool... I am back to my pre -sick high... (At one point last month  I was at 178.5)... Some of the loss was jus****er.. But the last 4 lbs was a real regain.  Nowe I need to make sure I get down to 163.....and then the final goat at 155... +/-3 lbs fluctuation. 

Today plan: 

Coffee x2 plus Miralax

Tea

Protein shake

Chicken with veggies

D: Kheema with green beans and other veggies

LNS: some proteins...

It is soooo gooood indian dish my friend makes for me what I ask her to. It is ground beef with spices and green peas. Very fragrant - spicy but not too spicy. Love that stuff... Unfortunately my BF also loves it... (so I had to share) 

I tried to make that a few times - but I can't get it as good as she does (and that is ******g me off since I am a good cook damit  )

It sounds good!  I have only eaten indian food one time and it was too spicy for me.  Once I got it down it came back up so no indian food for me....
