In my world of dieting today it's been kind of blahhh... during the day my sprits were up, but this eve, I feel depressed for too many reasons I guess. Such as life, from time to time.
B-vit & Protein suppl. fruit salad
L-two honey b-q wingettes w/blue chees dressing carrots & dip
S-Water more fruit salad, apple.
D-(1) Chix thigh(fried ;-( w/ sm. ser.of coleslaw. I just wanted something tasty
S-water, banana,
I ate dinner really early. May have additional snack to get me through the night if, water does not do the job.
EXERCISE: DVD- was feeling really out of it, blahhh, but I did it anyway.
