Good Morning Botts:

What a month January has been.  Weather wise, it has been up and down with the cold and warm weather.  It is suppose to be 53 degrees here today...Weight wise, I have been up and down with the same 5 lbs. all month.  And, yesterday Mother Nature decided to show up after 3 1/2 months of MIA.  My body is just acting crazy right now.  I hope that February brings us better weather, better success with weight loss and for me a calmer body (no hot flashes).  My eats to finish off the month are:

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Fiber One Cake

Lunch:  Lean Pocket

Snack:  Fiber One Cake

Dinner:  1 slice Cheese Pizza

Snack:  Vitatop

Exercise:  Plan on going out

Have a great day and a wonderful weekend and remember to take your vits and drink your fluids.

Hi Tess, It is getting warmer here also. Today we may get in low 50's and Sunday in low 60's.. would not mind that at all. My BF and I plan to get out there and enjoy the weather before it starts raining next week. 

I ate very good yesterday, but at the late evening - I was so hungry that I could not sleep.. That is typically one step for me to low BS so i decided to eat 1 oz of peanuts. 

The scale was kind to me this morning.  

Today eats: 

coffee x2 + miralax.. 

tea with lemon, vits..

L: beef with green beans (I was starving) 

S: tea, cucumber, 1 oz of chicken breast

D: turkey or chicken breast + some veggies

LNS: I most likely will have some nuts... (they really help me with my low BS)  

Exercise - not sure but probably none today

Glad the scales were kind.  You know you and I both need something to eat before bed.  I just cannot go to sleep if I am hungry.  Have a great weekend!

Out of the house and back to work...YIPEE!!! Cabin fever had begun to set in and the best part of all is the SUN is shining. I think I could sit outside in that all day. I love, love, love my sunshine.  And I had a 2 hour delay on Payday Friday. Pinch me I might just be dreaming.

My plan today is fairly simple:

Coffee while lounging around the house.

Breakfast: Oatmeal (while still lounging!)

Lunch: Egg Drop Soup

snack: Greek yogurt

Dinner: Going out...most likely fish tacos

I need to take my vitamins. I'm working on tall glass #2 of my decaf tea already. I found a Tai Chi workout on Amazon Instant videos that I think I'll try tonight. It's supposed to be good for the arthritis. Anything that keeps me moving is a good thing. I'll let you know what I think about it next week.

Weather across the nation has been crazy this month !!   We are in the 50's today and tomorrow the bottom will fall out again....expecting wind and snow all next week starting Sunday.

my eats for today.....already had vits and working on 2nd jug of water (32oz. Insulated)

 

breakfast.....coffee/ miralax

snack..........apple

lunch...........turkey on sandwich thin, veggies, and SF pickles

snack...........orange

dinner...........tuna casserole

snack............coffee with protein

ya'll have a great weekend !!    Talk to you on Monday, probably....don't get on here much on weekends !

Tess, I think you have done the coffee & miralax daily as long as I've been a member of our BOTT group, but now I'm seeing that on others menu's.  Does that just aide digestion or is there some other benefit?  Just wondering if I should try it.  Thanks.

B:  Quest Protein Bar, banana

S:  7 Triscuits, 1Tbs peanut butter

L:  Roast chicken & pepperjack on whole wheat, 2 pickles, 2 clemetines

S:  1oz raisins, apple

D:  Turkey Sausage gravy & biscuit

S:  none

TOTALS:   1543 calories, 71g Protein

About 2 years ago I was having trouble with bathroom issues and too much protein not digesting properly plus taking iron.  I talked with Vitalady and LadyTazz because they have had the same issues.  They got me started on the Miralax with coffee and the 2 magnesium oxides everyday to help regulate me, it took about 2 good weeks before my system finally corrected itself and I have been good to go since.  Before that I had tried a little bit of everything but nothing would help.  Basically, if I needed to go I had to have a laxative to go, now I don't.  Now I can go everyday.  TMI but it works for me.

Happy Friday BOTTs.

I'm looking forward to my own personal challenge of getting 10,000 steps logged on Pacer this weekend...I'd feel really good if I could do it both days but I will shoot for one, as of now.

Breakfast:  Belvita chocolate breakfast biscuits

Snack:  greek yogurt

Lunch:  veggie burger w/o bun

Snack:  15 almonds

Dinner:  baked fish and veggies

Snack:  SF hot chocolate and later string cheese
