Back On Track Together
I made it
When I left work today I was trying to talking myself out of stopping at the GYM. My excuse, I was tired. Well I was able to do 30minutes on the tread mill and all of the strenght machine. Now I am tired. The good news is I have missed a day all week. It been a long time since that occurred. I remain on track with my foods, water and vitamins. Now if it would just warm a little :).

That's great!!! What I love about exercise is that afterward, I never have any regrets! Often it's hard to get my butt moving but I'm in the just do it mode right now...especially with the Pacer App. I love seeing the progress throughout the day and then after my big lunchtime walk. Still have not hit 10,000 steps yet, but I'll get there. : )
