We made have a heat wave today. I think we will make it up to the 40's. This morning though still in the 20's but out of the teens. Yay!!! My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Hot Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: BBQ Chicken Lean Pocket
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Bike

We are already at 50* today !! Going to be in the 60's !! But not for long......freezing temps and snow expected by Sunday !i didn't even wear triple layers today !😊
already took my vits.....going to try for 10,000 steps, have only been getting around 8,000.

snack.............beef jerky
lunch..............turkey, sandwich thin, laughing cow cheese for condiment, SF pickles
snack..............carrots
dinner..............homemade soup ....again ! But it is yummy and I didn't eat crackers with it last night !!!

Yesterday I got in about 8500 steps....that's a lot. Today I am shooting for 10,000. It's kind of a fun way to look at a new type of goal to have. Love the Pacer App, Tess. Thanks for the suggestion,
Breakfast: Greek yogurt and half of a granola bar...the other half went to my horse who was very interested in what was in my hand when I walked out back to feed them. She LOVED it.
Snack: SF hot chocolate and a V8 juice.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: steamed fish and veggies
Snack: maybe a little popcorn
Going on a nice long walk again today on my work break. Counting every step I take today.

Early Morning: 2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer
B: Quest Protein Bar, banana

L: Toss Salad w/Roast chicken & Fat Free dressing, apple
S: 1oz raisins, banana
D: 4oz BBQ Pork Loin, ½ c mashed potatoes, ½ c carrots
S: 1Tbs Peanut butter & 1Tbs apple butter on 1 slice of Whole Wheat toast
TOTALS: 1443 calories, 78g Protein
WEIGHT: Pre-Op: 302, Current: 191 (Height: 5’ 7”)
I have decided to have a tummy tuck! I am so excited and a bit nervous. I don't want to go see a PS until my weight is "better". I am super motivate and comitted to keep fighing the good fight.
Breakfast: 2 very large coffees with half and half. Later on; cottage cheese with fruit spread and a sprinkle of grape nuts
Lunch: 2 baked Chicken tenderloins, chopped up tomato and an ounce of fresh mozz.
Snack: an orange
Dinner: It's my daughters 5th birthday and she wants to go to Red Robin, so I am will probably have a bunless burger, hold the fries. I may steal one or two from the kids!
