Wednesday, January 29th, Cardio & Cafe

Been busy all day !

the girl that we had the fundraiser for came by the school today and brought us cupcakes......I admit it, I ate one !!

my eats so far

breakfast........... coffee/miralax and vits

snack.................. 80 calorie beef jerky

lunch.................I caved to cafeteria food......4 chicken nuggets,  a dinner roll (they make homemade yeast rolls ) potatoes, gravy and carrots AND strawberry/banana concoction !!  

I didn't eat ALL of it, but it was way more than I should have eaten !

I don't usually eat cafeteria food, but today I did

snack...................too full to snack right now

dinner will be.......homemade soup AND NO CRACKERS !!!

no snack,  well maybe coffee..........if I have coffee, I will put protein in it !!

Blessings to all and please stay out of this storm !!!      Tomorrow is a brand new day !!  😉

Well another day down this  week.  The cold is really getting to me.  I am sick of ice and snow, so afraid of falling.  I was able to stay on track.  Stay warm if possible.  

 

BKF

Protein shake 

1/2. Slice of bread

1 slice of cheddar cheese

 

lunch

3oz grill chix

Greek yogurt

Dinner

4oz go grill chicken

1/2 cup of orka

 

Snack 

Greek  yogurt

 

Vitamins, water, and exercise completed.

I tried the Greek yogurt, it seems thicker somewhat. & higher in protein, so that's what it's all about!

I can't wait to try & mixed it in with my protein suppl. drink to make a smooth creamy vanilla high protein shake! keep you posted.
