Been busy all day !
the girl that we had the fundraiser for came by the school today and brought us cupcakes......I admit it, I ate one !!
my eats so far
breakfast........... coffee/miralax and vits
snack.................. 80 calorie beef jerky
lunch.................I caved to cafeteria food......4 chicken nuggets, a dinner roll (they make homemade yeast rolls ) potatoes, gravy and carrots AND strawberry/banana concoction !!
I didn't eat ALL of it, but it was way more than I should have eaten !
I don't usually eat cafeteria food, but today I did
snack...................too full to snack right now
dinner will be.......homemade soup AND NO CRACKERS !!!
no snack, well maybe coffee..........if I have coffee, I will put protein in it !!

Well another day down this week. The cold is really getting to me. I am sick of ice and snow, so afraid of falling. I was able to stay on track. Stay warm if possible.
