Hello Everyone!

Wow Tess that was a close one! Glad the fire didn't reach you!!

It is very cold here in Wisconsin as well.  We had wind chill advisories yesterday and today and most of the schools in the area have been closed.  We are in the negative 30's with the wind chill.  I can not wait for this freezing cold to be over!

Training my replacement the last couple of days at work and hard to get to my computer but found some free time today.  Struggling a little bit with this today.  It is the new guys 2nd day and he is already trying to improve some of the things I guess I didn't do right...Don't know how I am feeling about all of this! Trying to remain positive today :)

Here are my eats for today

B: English muffin and a banana

S: Coffee and a Think Thin protein bar - small one

L: Whole wheat lite wrap with rotisserie chicken breast and a little bit of lite mayo and a bag of baked cheetos :(

S: Sticking with water and a sugar free jello

D: Making a unstuffed cabbage role stew tonight.  Making this with cabbage, ground chicken breast and a little bit of brown rice to cut a few calories. I may cut out the rice all together.

Have all of my vitamins in today, doing good there.  Hubby and I ordered a treadmill and hoping that comes in this week! Don't think I will be leaving the house today with it being so cold!

Melissa:  I have found that no two people do anything the same way.  Each person puts their own special touch to it.  It is sort of like a recipe.  I might follow it once exactly.  Next time I am going to put my spin on it and what I think will improve it for me.  So don't think you did something wrong, think you gave the new guy a great place to start and improve on his own.  You could say to him, "that's a great idea, wish I had thought of that one.  Of course, you should have seen what I had to start with."  Have a great day!

Tess,  I am so glad they were able to contain the fire before it reached  your home.   Well as you know it remains cold here below zero this morning when I went to work.  I park in a garage and walk over a block to my building, the walks are becoming longer in this weather.  It's suppose to snow tonight, but it will be in the forties by the weekend.   I am still on track.

    Breakfast Primer Protein Vanilla Shake Dannon - Greek Light and Fit Blueberry  yogurt   Lunch Grilled Jerk Chicken Wing Sharp Cheddar Cheese , 1 slice   Dinner 1/4 White Rotisserie Chicken (Skinless) breast Dannon - Light & Fit -greek Yogurt - Strawberry,   Snacks Premier  Protein Vanilla Shake   EXERCISES 30 minutes on tread mill and strength machines  all vitamins completed and water.

Cold is not even the word!!

Today was so-so day? for me. Feeling a little blue & not sure why really?

B-Protein suppl. drink w/yogurt & vit.
S- Water
L- (1) Baked chix. thigh with carrots and dip
S-water/added crystal lite. Fiber one/ choc. oatmeal bar
D-Turkey and black bean chili- w/crackers (yummy I love this!!) might want to lose the crackers huh? I brought some wheat one? w/ less carbs.
S-Water
ECERCISE: DVD, walk away the pounds!
