Hello BOTT, friends, having a crazy busy working weekend. It's been a really stressful wkend. for me! I have eaten a few cookies here and there! Having some issues with them in harassing me to change my work availability and so forth, which was really not an issue until I filed a grievance over the schedule a few wks prior. Now they are just retaliating against me and trying to bullie me into changing my limited schedule. I would love to quit right now, but of course I cannot, at this time, but my time is coming near. The good news is I graduate in March, and will be applying for a lead teaching position which will be a much better salary then both my current positions now, so it's only a matter of time. But I refuse to let them run me out like this. Thankfully I have union representation that is advocating on my behalf. And I am praying about it as well, so hopefully all should work out soon, and I can STOP, snacking at work on the cookies! ( work in a bakery store chain) Enough of that nonsense, let's discus some really important information here! My food & Exercise. Friday was a off day somewhat. No exercise and a bad dinner choice. Saturday was better with food and exercise, and today???

I love your positive attitude. No matter where we are we will have stress in our lives, however we have to remain true to ourselves. So you were able to identify that the cookies were not a good choice, and your meals look great for today. The cheese is great on the Chili adds extra protein. Jus****ch the fat amounts.
