It's one of those days where I really want to do some baking. The problem is then I want to sample all the goodies. Not feeling the need to do housework at all today. Just sorta blahhhhh....... I think the weather has a LOT to do with it today. It's gray and dreary, really super windy and there's still ice and snow laying around outside. It's no longer a pretty snow. I thought jumping on line might help hold me accountable today. Hope everyone is having an enjoyable day.

The plan for today is:

Coffee!!

Coffee!!

Coffee!!

Lunch:  Pimento cheese on whole wheat w/ small salad

Dinner: Pork Chop & Lima beans & 2 bites of hash brown casserole & 2 bites of Birthday cake

I'm bad about remembering to take my vitamins on the weekends but I just swallowed everything except my iron. I'd say it's a pretty good day. Time to put away the coffee cup and start swilling the water and decaf tea. Exercise is primarily (BRISK) dog walking in these cold temperatures. You know it's cold when you go walk the dogs and when you reach the turn around point and look down the dogs are gone....they're already on the front porch scratching at the front door.

Be safe and have a Blessed Saturday!!!

Hi Iris,

Baking sounds soooooo good.  However, if I baked anything I would eat it all.  So I will settle for diet jello.  I am glad you are on track.  I made it to the gym this morning.  It took every bit of energy that I had.  It so cold here that it really is getting to me.  I am so ready for spring.  So far the eating is good today.

breakfast

premier protein shake

Greek  yogurt(lit &fit)

lunch

left over chicken with pasta sauce with 1/4 of cheese

dinner?

Stay warm and well.
