Friday, January 24th, Cardio & Cafe

Good morning and happy Friday BOTTs.

One of my best friends created a playlist of hand picked songs that kind of tell the story of our friendship from the very beginning, through the years, and on.  It was loaded onto my ipod last night.  It's about 2 1/2 hours of music so I am planning to go for a long walk (this weekend sometime) with my earphones on and listen from start to finish.  I'm excited and very much looking forward to this "me" time.   

Breakfast:  greek yogurt

Snack:  hard boiled egg

Lunch:  cottage cheese and tuna

Snack:  15 almonds and a hard boiled egg

Dinner:  Ahhhh.....Friday....not sure about dinner just yet.

Snack:  apple and string cheese

Have a beautiful weekend, friends.

I think I will make a big pot of chili with shredded chicken in it...Iris has got me craving it.

All that talk about beans and chili has got me wanting some!  It's freezing cold here too so chili sounds real good.  I will probably make that tomorrow.  I've been doing pretty good lately and have lost 3 of those extra pounds I gained during the holidays.  I'm real happy about that! 

EATS

Early Morning:  2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer

B:  Quest Protein Bar

S: Kashi granola bar

L:  1 c Lasagna, apple

S:  none

D:  broiled lean hamburger w/cheese on whole wheat, 1oz potato chips, 2 Tbs. ranch dip

S:  none

TOTALS:  1463 calories, 86g Protein  

WEIGHT:  Pre-Op: 302, Current: 191 (Height:  5’ 7”)

Good job on the weight loss!  I think we all should make chili this weekend.  Iris has us on a roll!!

L- Cabbage Soup- yum!! yum...seasoned with smoked turkey butts.
S-carrots & dip
D-Baked chix & sm. bowl of cabbage soup
S-Fiber 1 bar?

Someone send us some warmth.  Still freezing.  We are suppose to get more snow tomorrow, there ice every where, it's dangerous everywhere you walk.    Have a great weekend.

Breakfast     Nature's  Own)- Bread - Honey Wheat 1/2 slice 1 egg  over easy cooked with Pam Premier protein shake     Lunch     Jell-O  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast  Dannon Lite and Fit Greek yogurt     Dinner Chicken Breasts, 4 oz  Green Beans     Snacks   Weigh****chers - Reduced Fat Colby Jack Cheese Sticks, 1 stick Dannon Light & Fit - Greek Yogurt Vanilla     30 minutes on the tread mill  all vitamins and water completed.
