Good morning and happy Friday BOTTs.
One of my best friends created a playlist of hand picked songs that kind of tell the story of our friendship from the very beginning, through the years, and on. It was loaded onto my ipod last night. It's about 2 1/2 hours of music so I am planning to go for a long walk (this weekend sometime) with my earphones on and listen from start to finish. I'm excited and very much looking forward to this "me" time.
Breakfast: greek yogurt
Snack: hard boiled egg
Lunch: cottage cheese and tuna
Snack: 15 almonds and a hard boiled egg
Dinner: Ahhhh.....Friday....not sure about dinner just yet.
Snack: apple and string cheese

I think I will make a big pot of chili with shredded chicken in it...Iris has got me craving it.

All that talk about beans and chili has got me wanting some! It's freezing cold here too so chili sounds real good. I will probably make that tomorrow. I've been doing pretty good lately and have lost 3 of those extra pounds I gained during the holidays. I'm real happy about that!
