I used the bag of beans for 15 bean soup. Just left out the ham seasoning package. They sell them with the other dried beans. I used to make chilli using them years ago. Can't believe I haven't been doing it this way. So good.

According to the website the beans included are:   1. Large Lima  2. Pinto  3. Lentil   4. Black Eyed Peas      5. Kidney  6. baby lima  7. Garbanzo   8. Navy   9.  Green Split Pea   10. Northern  11.  Cranberry 12. small white  13. Black  14. White Kidney  15. Yellow. Split  15. Pink  16. Small Red 17. Small White  

Now where on earth did they get the idea to call this 15 bean soup...since it's 17 beans? The OCD part of me is now engaged. UGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
