Back On Track Together
I made it home safe in the snow
Maryland wa**** with a snow storm that started this morning. Unfortunately I am an RN and I have no choice but to go to work. I was lucky that all my evening staff made it in. I went prepared to stay over with my food. Once I decided to leave on the way to my car I took a spill and fell flat on my back. I am feeling a little sore, but I going to soak in a hot bath. It took over an hour to get home, and I saw a few bad accidents. Thank GOD i made it home safe. So no GYM today, but will be back on track tomorrow. I really thought about walking, but its a white out with so much snow and wind blowing. The high tomorrow will only be eighteen. Haven grown up in Louisiana winters are still a challenge despite all the years I have lived on the east coast.

Thanks so much for replying. I am so sorry that I am just replying, I locked my self out of the account, and was just able to reset it took several call and emails. It is now beyond cold here the high yesterday was 13. I was at a training in western Maryland and it snowed in mountains on and off most of the day. While extremely pretty, I would trade your temperature gladly, it would feel like spring. So I woke up after my fall I was not even sore, there's noting like soaking in Epsom salt and ho****er.
