Back On Track Together
Food on a snowy day!
Hi BOTT-friends,
It's been snowing since 9-am this morning here in Maryland!
It's after 6 pm now, and it's scheduled to keep falling until 10-11pm late this eve. Perhaps school may be cancelled again! I love snow days! & Staying at home with my 4yr.old.
We did make it out in the falling snow. He could not wait to get out there, I was a little reluctant, but I knew I had to take him out in it!! Jaden had a blast sledding down the big hills, with some neighborhood children.
Food Intake
B- 2-Boiled eggs, (1) slice of toast- ( that was hard, I cut it into triangle pieces to make myself think it was like having two slices! a huge step for me!
S-Protein suppl. & Vits.
L- Chicken noodle soup, 1/2 can with a few crackers? (may need to cut the crackers next time huh?
S- a cup of Hot Chocolate ( after coming in from the snow) working on getting in getting H2O.
D- Baked chicken & house salad- water w/crystal lite.
S-yogurt or fruit?
How did I do? keep me posted.
Headed down stairs for a mild workout, day 8! I can't break my momentum now. (dvd-walk away the lbs!!).

That dvd is tougher on me, then walking out doors!!
I am feeling good, unlike that 1st workout, 8 days ago, I felt 354-lbs. again, but my stamina is building up already! wow. I am impressed with myself. Going to give it one more wk. or so before I tackle the step video, then it's on! it is so intense. I am excited about getting to it eventually I think. Gotta get these re-gained lbs. gone! and then some.

It is according to what your few crackers are. I eat my soup without but I worked up to it. Five crackers are my max, then it was 3 and then 2 and none. Watch your sodium content on can soup if it is campbells regular condense soup. I use to eat a lot of the lighter soups -Healthy choice(?) can't remember what the brand was. It was lower in sodium and calories and the chicken noodle was really good even though that is a white pasta. Unless I am eating a banana, fruit just makes me hungry. Also, I some times have a 1/2 Tbls. of Peanut Butter on my toast with 1 egg, just to have something different. You are doing really good just needs a little "twerking".
