A better day today with the food intake.

Hello BOTT friends!
Today was a better food day for me, I got stuck on my hw. last night and didn't plan well for dinner.
But today was a new day. Day by day, pound by pound. Let me know how I did?
Monday:
B- Water, Protein suppl. and sliced apples
S- water, carrot stix & dip,
L-water, yogurt, & popcorn(movies)
D- HC entrée/water
S- yogurt
I was able to get in a really nice brisk walk, (6) the weather was great, and now were expecting snow within the next 12 hrs or so. On a good note, my jeans are loosening up, just slightly, I am ecstatic about it!! I need to have any type signs of whatever to know that this is working, slowly, but surely!

good job.   Are you counting your protein intake and carbs?   If not I use My Fitness Pal it's a great tool.  You can do it from your phone also. Take a look at it and tell me what you think.  We can link to each other.

I remember the goal after wls, was 70grams a day or more with the protein. I am able to get that in, if I do the 2 protein suppl. drinks. Now carbs, I have not been counting, I do check them, but I am not tracking them. What should I be allowed for each day as far as the carb intake. I got your warning about the HC meals. And they are high!! but I was hoping it was okay, seeing as though I am doing 1-meal a day, moderation? but that one meal needs to be good and healthy. I am a work in progress for sure. I will check out the my fitness pal? not too savvy with apps. I do have a smart phone though
I am here to learn right.

You are doing great!  Sometimes I would substitute a Healthy Choice meal or Lean Cruisine Dinner in place of a chicken breast or tuna.  You just need to watch the sodium content and drink extra water on those days.
