So it Sunday night and I made it trough two days of staying on track  I hope everyone had a great weekend.   I off tomorrow and will go to work out at gym tomorrow.

Today as follows

BKF

Large egg over easy

Canadian bacon

1 slice of  40 cal Honey wheat bread

 

Lunch

Home made taco salad 

WW cheese stick

Dinner 

4oz of Roast Beef

 Mix vegetables ( carrots, red peppers, broccoli ) 

Snack  mid afternoon

Premier protein shake 

Evening snack

Greek yogurt

Water 8 cups

Vitamins  check

Your food for the day looks almost identical to mine. We had leftover roast beef for lunch and taco salads for dinner. Always greek yogurt at somepoint during the day...mine was breakfast.

Thanks for the support.  I am so hooked on the Greek yogurt.  I use the Dannon light and fit.  It only 80 calories, 9 carbs, and 12 protein.  I am trying to limit it to two a diaily breakfast and after dinner snacks.
